Yes! We ship to most countries all over the world. Please note that the shipping time frame may vary according to the destination you would like your order shipped to.

The time that your order takes to arrive depends on your and on the efficiency of your local postal service. Please note that these times are only estimates based on our previous experience of sending to your country.

United States: 3 - 30 business days
United Kingdom & Europe : 5 - 14 business days
Rest of The World : 7 - 21 business days

Depending on factors beyond our control (for example local delivery problems, and customs inspections/delays) this can take longer.Your parcel is insuredagainst loss, theft or damage, so if you have not received your parcel within 90 days of your order dispatch confirmation email then you should contact us through our customer service form and we will refund or replace the order as required.

As a result, Snapbands Parcel Insurance against lost & delayed parcels has been temporary suspended for all Snapbands services till further notice.

Due to Covid-19 Outbreak some of our colleagues are stacked in China. As a reason of that temporarily we ship now from our partnered warehouses & studios located in China, Singapore, United Kingdom, United States depending on the items as a different colleagues specialize in different areas of manufacturing.

You’ll automatically receive an email with your package’s tracking number from us as soon as your order has been dispatched. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for our shipping partners to update the tracking number.

Please contact us within 48 hours as your order has not been shipped yet and is in the production stage. Once the order has been shipped, we cannot make changes to the address.

If your item is in transit to the wrong address: Don't worry, you can still get your package!

We listed some solutions below:

First, be sure to keep up with your tracking updates. Once your item is in your state, contact or visit your local USPS (U.S.) or Postal Provider (Other Countries). Provide them with your Tracking number and shipping information and request to have your package held for pick up instead of being delivered to the incorrect address.

Please understand that we are not the shipping provider. Once the order has been shipped, we do not have any control over it and we can only offer customer service retaining to this policy.

At Snapbands, we accept all major credit and debit cards as well as payments made through PayPal. All payments must be paid in full before shipment. In order to place a payment, simply click on either the "Continue to Checkout" button in the shopping bag. After you have entered your contact details, you will then be redirected to the relevant payment platform.

Credit card users may pay with: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, Discover.  

If you receive a message that your payment didn’t go through, please check your billing and personal information to confirm that the credit card number you entered is correct. As well we recommend turning off VPN or PROXY services during checkout.

 If all details are correct, please try paying via PayPal. Don't worry, you don't have to be a registered member of PayPal to use their services.

You can also use a different credit card or simply try processing the payment again a few hours after your initial attempt.

Subscribers to our newsletter and other customers who follow us on social media often receive discount codes.

In order to redeem your discount, simply add the products you would like to purchase to your shopping bag. In your shopping bag, beneath your item information, you will see an option to enter your promotional code. Click this button and a box will drop down where you can type in your promotional code. Once you click “APPLY”, your discount will be subtracted from your subtotal. Only one promotional code can be used at a time.
